Similarly, we can say that people having healthy habits live longer. In fact,
people respect us seeing our habits. Here are few simple habits which will help
you in weight reduction,
1 -> Wake up early
2 -> Drink 6 cups of water
3 -> Have 30mins physical exercise session (Stretching preferred)
4 -> Maintain less than 2 hours gap between your wake up
time and your breakfast time
5 -> Bath regularly (This provides good blood circulation
to the entire body)
6 -> Take small meals for every 2 hours. Fruits and raw
vegetables preferred
7 -> Have some physical activity for every half an hour.
It may be walking around your office or playing Table Tennis with your friends
8 -> Finish off your dinner before 8:30PM
9 -> Maintain 1 hour gap in between sleep and dinner
10 -> Have a peaceful 8 hours sleep
