Palak Soup Recipe - Healthy Soups recipes!

Ingredients required for Palak Soup Recipe:

Item Quantity
Fresh Palak or Spinach  3 Bundles
Onion 2
Bay Leaves 2
Garlic  5 Cloves
Black Pepper Corns 6-Jan
Water  3 Cups
Milk 1 Cup
Oil 1 Table Spoon
Salt As per your taste
White Pepper 1 Table Spoon




Procedure to prepare Palak Soup (Palak Soup Recipe):

Step - 1: Pour one Table Spoon of oil in the pan. Add chopped Garlic into the pan. 

Step - 2: Stir it for a while and add Bay Leaves.

Step - 3: Add finely chopped onions to this combination. Add Black Pepper Corns too to this and stir it rigorously. 

Step - 4: Stir it till the onions turn brown in color. 

Step - 5: Now chop the Palak bundles and add them to the previous combination. Palak should be chopped roughly and the final size of the chopped leaves should be as minimum as possible.

Step - 5: Add pinch of salt on top of this. The quantity of salt is generally a table spoon and it can vary as per your specification.

Step - 6: Stir that combination for around 3 minutes. Add water to it and steam it for a while.

Step - 7: Remove Bay Leaves from this combination and off the stove. Let the combination get cooled a bit.

Step - 8: Separate water and the mixture. Put the mixture in mixer and make it into complete paste. Make sure that the paste turns as smooth as possible. (Like juice)

Step - 9: Put this paste back into the pan and add the same water which we separated in Step - 8. Heat the mixture for a while and add milk to this combination.

Step - 10: Stir it for 5 minutes and add White Pepper. Stir for a while and serve it hot to your family members.
