Yoga_Asana2: Vriksha Asana procedure and benefits

Vriksha means tree and Vriksha Asana is tree posed Yoga Asana. We all know that trees are stable, steady and well balanced ones. This Asana teaches use the way to balance ourselves perfectly apart from becoming strong and stabilized. 


Step by step procedure to do Vriksha Asana:


1 -> Stand in attention position. Be as close as possible. 

2 -> Raise your right feet and join it with your left thigh in 90 degrees position. Try to make the angle as perfect as possible for maximum benefit. 

3 -> Raise your hands and put Namaskara on the top. Make your hands point right to the sky. Stretch the hands to the maximum extent. 

4-> Close your eyes and concentrate on breathing for around 1 minute. 

5 -> Repeat the above process with left feet. 

Do this Asana everyday for 10 minutes and you can see change in your body stability apart from muscle strengthening. This works well for the people who are aspiring to slim down the fat in their legs and thighs.
