This one is called as Palak Thalipeeth and it is one of the most easiest breakfast recipes. In fact, you can even use this Palak Recipe for your dinner too. Check the below method on how to make this Palak Recipe.







Ingredients required to make Palak Thalipeeth

Fresh Spinach 3 Cups
Onion (Finely Chopped) Two
Green Chillies Eight
Cumin Powder One Tea Spoon
Coriander Powder One Tea Spoon
Turmeric Powder 0.5 Tea Spoon
Garlic Paste Two Tea Spoon
Salt As per your specification
Rice Flour 1.5 Cup
Besan or Gram Flour 0.5 Cup
Wheat Flour 0.5 Cup
Oil As per your specification

Procedure to make Palak Thalipeeth


Step 1: Take Fresh Spinach and finely chopped Onions and mix them in a bowl.

Step 2: Chop Green Chillies and add them to the above mixture. Add Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder and Garlic Paste to the mixture. 

Step 3: Mix them well in the bowl and add a pinch of Salt, as per your specification.

Step 4: To this mixture, add Rice Flour, Gram Flour and Wheat Flour as per the specifications mentioned in the above list.

Step 5: Add some Oil to this mixture to make it easy to mix. 

Step 6: Take an Aluminium Foil and add few drops of Oil. Now, take the mixture and make them into 3 - 4 balls of dough. 

Step 7: Put each dough ball on the Aluminium Foil and pat on them for a while to make it into a flat Dosa kind of structure.

Step 8: Pour one table spoon of Oil in the pan and place this round shaped dough into the pan. 

Step 9: Cover the pan and make the content fry and boil for few minutes. 

Step 10: Open the cover and flip the Palak Thalipeeth to the other side. Make it fry for another few minutes.

Step 11: Palak Thalipeeth has been cooked and you can serve it with Tomato Sauce. 


It just takes 5 - 10 minutes to prepare 3 - 4 Palak Thalipeeth and this sort of Palak Recipes needs less time and effort.
