This is a simple move which will stretch your side pads. Put your hands up and keep your legs a bit close. Try to make a big circle with the middle part of your body. People who are having fat on the sides of the body can use this move to reduce the fat in those areas. Thighs and the fat near you stomach will get reduced by doing this dance move. Try to make bigger circle and it gives more stretching to your body. It is a noted fact that stretching is the best way to make your stagnated fat move towards the parts which will involve more movement in daily activities. This helps in reduction of fat.
