Drinking water in these timings can reduce your weight!

After thorough research, our ancestors kept few rules in case of daily habits. In the present generation, people believe that rules are meant to be broken, but following these rules which were set by our ancestors gives great results. 

Few examples for the rules which were set by ancestors includes waking up early, having dinner before 7PM, maintaining depression free life style, enjoying physical exercise for few minutes everyday and many more. Similar to the above one, ancestors told few golden words about drinking habits. Don't feel that these drinking habits are related to hot drinks. It is related to water. 

Drinking water at few precious moments in a day can reduce weight! This has been proved by scientists too. In this article, we will discuss the best timings to drink water for fast weight reduction. 

1 -> Have 2 cups of water, once you wake up

Waking up early in the morning is advisable for weight reduction. Apart from it, having 2 cups of water, soon after waking up is highly advisable. If you don't have any cold related problems, you can drink 2 cups of cold water to boost up your metabolism rate. 

This is like an alarm for all the organs in the body. While we sleep, all the organs too will be in resting state and once you wake up, you need to trigger all of them for the daily chores. Having 2 cups of water will wash away the waste matter that is formed inside the body during the night and will make the organs get ready for the new day. When the internal organs are in active state, it helps in better digestion and control, which in turn helps in weight loss. 

2 -> Have 2 cups of water before meals

We take food three times a day i.e breakfast, lunch and dinner. Generally, our body demands food depending on the emptiness of the stomach. If your stomach is completely empty, you feel like eating more food. Hence, fill the stomach with 2 cups of water before meals to make your body demand less solid food.

Here, our ancestors kept a rule. We should take water half an hour prior to our meal. The reason for this is that the acids which will get generated for the digestion of the food will get diluted due to water, if we take if in that half an hour. This will create indigestion problems. The ancestors even recommended to take less water while consuming food, for good digestion rate. 

Hence, taking 2 cups of water half an hour before a meal will help your body to consume less solid material apart from good digestion rate. This in fact is one of the fast weight loss technique.

3 -> Avoid taking more water at nights

Nights are designed to give rest to all the organs of your body. You shutdown your eyes, reduce your concentration giving rest to brain, maintain your heart, lungs and other organs at ideal pace. You even give rest to your limbs and in fact to all the cells in the body.

By consuming more water, Kidneys need to work for more time even after you sleep. On one side, they too needs to take rest and on the other side, you are giving them good work to do in the night. This will create problem. Similar problem will be seen in humans if they eat huge amount of food at nights. Hence, avoiding more water in-take before going to sleep is one of the rules of our ancestors. 

Anyways, having half a cup of water before going to sleep is fine but beyond this limit, it may trouble few organs in the body. 


By following these 3 rules, one can achieve weight loss easily. Losing weight is all about following the rules perfectly. Try to follow these daily water drinking tips and you can see good change in your body in few days span.
