Step by step procedure to do Setu Bandhasana:
2 -> Fold your legs and bring them nearer to your hips region.
3 -> Place your hands on either side of your body.
4 -> Lift your hip region putting pressure on your legs.
5 -> Join your hands and relax in that posture for few minutes (3 minutes around).
6 -> Slowly, release your hands and lie down flat on the mat.
7 -> Repeat this posture for 5 times a day for good shape.
