Obesity is a major problem in present generation. People get
tempted to the alluring high calorie dishes and this starts the problem. The
intake is high compared to the expenditure, in case of number of calories.

Does going to GYM alone solves your problems? Frankly speaking,
NO. The thing is, we prepare for an exam and sometimes we take coaching from

Motivation plays a vital role in Weight Reduction. It is a fact
that people turn obese just because they are lazy enough to do physical

motivation before joining GYM or Fitness Centre. In fact, we should choose a
GYM or a Coach, who will motivate us all the time to get into the track.
