How to become slim in 7 days

You may find 7 days Slim Mantra techniques in various websites but most of them are targeted towards western countries. Here is an Indian style of weight reduction in 7 days. If you follow these steps for 7 days, you can turn slim to some extent. Rest depends on how you control yourself from over eating. Read on to know the techniques,

Step 1: Take good carbohydrates. You can find good carbohydrates in fruits and raw vegetables.

Step 2: Spend 2 hours in gym. Don’t loose concentration. Try to maintain the same energy till the end. Spend first half an hour to stretch your body. Try energy consuming exercises like thread mill for the rest of the time.

Step 3: Take plenty of fruit juices at regular intervals. Don’t add sugar or any other medium to the juice. Try to drink it as it is rather than mixing something else in it.

Step 4: Eat low calorie food in huge quantity before meals. Except for breakfast, follow this for lunch and dinner. Try Kera (Cucumber) half an hour before you take your meal. This makes your stomach feel full and you will automatically take less food. Kera contains less fat and hence your diet becomes perfect. You can replace any other low calorie raw vegetable or fruit instead of kera.

Step 5: Sleep is a boon to humans. By sleeping for around 8 hours, you can find peace of mind apart from neutralizing the energy in your body. You might have done good exercises for stomach in that day and your body will ask for energy in this area. Fat in other parts of the body will provide the demanding energy. Hence, entire energy will get neutralized in your body. This happens when you go to sleep.
