Step by step process
to do this Asana:
1. Firstly place the Yoga mat in the centre of the room. This asana
begins by lying on your abdomen.
2.
Compress your knees such that they come below your hips.
3. Give 20Cms gap between your hands and bend forward on your
shoulders.

Tuck your toes under your feet.
5.
Press your hands and lift your hips up so that it comes like an inverted ‘V’
shape. Adjust your hands such that they are centered on the mat.
6. Make sure your feet too is centered on the mat.
7. In the beginning, bend your knees for a while and then stretch
it completely.

This brings you into Adho Mukha Svanasana pose. Now try stretching in all the
directions to make it more perfect.

Press the right and left hand evenly to stretch through your arms and reach
through the sides of the trunk.
10. Press the thighs back to get further length in the spine. From
the back of your knees, lift your hamstrings up towards your buttocks.

Now from the back of your knees stretch it down through your heels, so that the
legs gets stretched completely.
12.
To come out of the pose, bend your knees back on to your abdomen.
