Majority of the men who suffer from over weight will have excess fat in their chest area. This destroys the shape to some extent and these people may not look like masculines to females! This is a big problem which is being faced by present generation youth.
As a youngster, one should enjoy his youth with more attention from the opposite gender. Don't worry, we have good set of physical exercises which will reduce fat in chest area. Practice the below mentioned exercises for a month to see the difference.
Exercise No 1: Skipping style

Hence you can observe change in the shape of your body right from your neck till the abdomen. Speed can be varied as per your specifications.
Exercise No 2: Butterfly exercise
Observe a butterfly which is flying in the air. You can see the wings moving in forward and backward fashion. Try this style for 5 minutes. Expand your chest to the maximum by widening your hands and bring them close enough so that they will be touching together. Repeat this exercise for 5 minutes at variable speeds. Follow a step up and step down process in case of speed. You can take the help of butterfly gym machines.

These two exercises are enough to reduce fat which got piled up in the chest region. Spending 15 minutes daily on reduction of fat near the chest region will yield perfect results after one month. You can check the change for every one month and you can observe good fitness and fat reduction in this region.
